Description
The Gloster Gladiator was the last British biplane fighter, serving with the RAF, FAA as well as the air forces of many other nations in the late 1930s. It was employed during the Norwegian campaign, as well as the Battle of Britain and the Mediterranean theatre. A total of 746 were built between 1936 and 1938.
The Mk. II version had a Mercury VIIIA engine with a 3 blade Fairey Reed propeller.
